Request account and data deletion

Email ooygamedev@gmail.com with the subject 'Delete Grid Tactix account'. Include player name/ID, access type (guest, Play Games or OOY GAME) and the data you want deleted. For guests, keep the device and profile information to assist verification; linking a new account is not required.

The email button opens your email application so you can review and send the request. If it does not open, copy the address and email manually. Do not disclose passwords, tokens or full card numbers.

The team verifies that the request comes from the owner before acting. Only proportionate information needed for that purpose is requested. If the profile cannot be verified, we explain the minimum missing information.

Verified deletion covers the identifiable Grid Tactix profile and its access/progress associations, except legitimate retention that must be explained. Balances, inventory and access to that progress may be lost. Explicitly state if you also want OOY GAME identity deleted; Google accounts are managed through Google. Anonymized match data may remain if it no longer identifies you.

We respond under applicable legal deadlines/exceptions and communicate justified extensions. Receipts retained for legal duties, security or disputes are limited to that purpose, with their scope explained. Backups follow their restricted retention cycle. Archiving an inactive account or uninstalling is not a substitute for this request.
